By the way, did Canada Post ever give you any sort of explanation? It sounds like a mail carrier tried to steal your package, saw it was valueless, and threw it in the street ... then delivered it.

I took the package in and they told me I would have to call the 800 number indicated on the envelope. Which I have yet to do. Thanks for the reminder.

yeah, I had visitors from there during the Bush administration. wasn't sure whether to book a U.S. flight or not after that.
